Sports Massage

Deep Tissue Sports Massage ranges from R390 – R950

A specialized 30/40/60/75/90min massage ideal for athletes or people who are active. It focuses on enhancing circulation, increasing tissue elasticity, reducing muscle tension and speeds up healing and recovery from strenuous exercise. Acupressure techniques for pain relief and cupping therapy for enhanced healing can be included in our sports massages. We also offer compression boots & red light therapy for enhanced benefits.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage (MLD)

MLD massages range from R390 to R950  

The 30/40/60/75/90min MLD is a very specialized gentle massage done by our trained professionals. This massage helps move lymph fluid away from swollen areas, it offers major post-operative benefits. It is a specialized treatment for lymphoedema & areas of swelling. It is a great massage to do during pregnancy to assist with swollen joints. This massage is also a complementary treatment to Fat Freezing, Green Laser Fat Reduction & Cellulite Reduction treatments as it speeds us the results process. We also offer compression boots & red light therapy for enhanced benefits.

EMS Body Sculpting

Treatment

After consultation and assessment 30-60 minute treatments are suggested according to the areas.

Depending on the area a series of treatments is suggested. 

For best results treatment should be 2-3 days apart over a two week period and maintained less frequently after that.
