High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) is a non-invasive aesthetics treatment used to lift & tighten skin, stimulating deep structural collagen production. At Lipo Lab Slimming & Body Clinic we pride ourselves in offering only the best with the most advanced 25D HIFU machine in South Africa.
Also available is Radio-Frequency & Infra Red skin firming options, both non-invasive technologies used to improve skin elasticity, reduce wrinkles, enhance overall skin texture on the body and face.
Radio-Frequency uses electromagnetic waves to generate heat in the deeper layers of the skin. This controlled heating stimulates collagen and elastin production, which are essential proteins for firm, youthful skin. RF energy penetrates the dermis without damaging the epidermis, promoting skin tightening and lifting over time.
Infrared light therapy uses focused light energy to heat the dermal layer of the skin. The heat stimulates collagen contraction and remodeling while promoting the growth of new collagen fibers. Infrared technology targets the deeper layers of the skin without affecting the surface, leading to smoother, firmer, and more toned skin.

Treatment
HIFU treatments can be a single session or repeated after 6-8 weeks. A treatment can last 30-90 minutes depending on the area.
RF Skin Firming treatments are best done 1-2 times per week, lasting 30-60 minute with a minimum of 4-6 treatments to achieve desired results.

Our microneedling treatment for collagen production, scar tissue and stretch marks utilizes precision technology to create controlled micro-injuries in the affected area. This process triggers the skin’s natural healing response, stimulating collagen and elastin production, leading to significant improvement in the appearance of youthfulness, scar tissue and stretch marks.

Treatment
After consultation and assessment 30-60 minute treatments are suggested according to the area.
For best results 2-6 treatments are suggested depending on the area. Treatments should be 4-6 weeks apart and best results can show after 12 weeks.
We offer microneedling during May to November to protect our clients skin from scarring during summer.

Cavitation is a non-invasive treatment that uses low-frequency ultrasound waves to target and break down fat cells beneath the skin. This process, creates microbubbles within the fat tissue by causing vibrations in the fat cells. These bubbles grow and collapse, disrupting the fat cell membranes without harming surrounding tissues.
